this week....

nothing much happening this week. Had to set up a mini roadshow at suntec for a stupid lame game launch. Its really that lame.....Dun believe go see for urself @ www.mycity.com.sg and washed the car on Sat and stupid thing is it started to rain while i was wiping of the water on the car.....Damn pissed off lah. Waited til the rain stop then wipe again. This weekend was like family days to me, cos my dad's cab broke down and had to be repaired before he can start driving again and they dun work thru the weekend. So was at home on Sat and Sun and the whole family had dinner together on both nites like we used to. Went to collect my Islander Card today finally and my whole family went depite the pouring rain. We drove lah....if not they sure wont go one. drove ard sentosa and walk abit at the ferry terminal and decided to leave as the rain gets heavier. Went to chinatown, Dad did some shopping and had dinner and went home. And not long after, went to suntec to pack up stuffs of the mini roadshow and finally.....realli finally bought my dumb bells at the Aibi roadshow. Had been wanting to get the dumb bells since beginning of the year. So, finally lah.....gonna workout at home and try to shape up liow.....and also...had not realli been running also.....muz restart after the exams which is next week. Happy Birthday Yan!!

Today's yan's birthday and dun worry i wont expose ur age lah.....KK organised a mini celebration for her and initially were suppose to dine at jurong side, so i drove all the way to chinese garden MRT to meet them and in the end, we ended up in a seafood restaurant @ ecp. KNS.....should jus decide earlier mah....then i can go there straight. But nvm, the dinner was great. But the bill was a bit overwhelming though and the birthday gal treated us, a bit xin tong for her cos she not working at the moment. Took some pics of cos....(this kind of occasion sure muz take photo one mah) so without further ado.....there you go....and of cos not forgetting, HAPPY BIRTHDAY YAN!!! May all ur wishes come true. Motorshow 2004

Ladies and Gentlemen.....Presenting....all the way from Suntec.....Pictures from the Motorshow 2004. Had been a few days since the opening and still quite a lot of ppl. And the show gals there not very fascinating lor that y i didnt take a lot.....rather take pic of the cars lor and the models have to stand in front of the car and block my angle for a good shot of the car.....and me and my fren were like..."hey, can you please stand away so i can take a good pic of the cars??". But still have to give them some credits lah for wearing so little under air condition environment for the whole day. $10 for the entrance fee is jus rite, if it goes higher, i would say its not worth it lor.....not much of new cars......jus that they showcase lots of nice muscle cars. Singapore Buskers Festival

Hey guess wat? Its the annual buskers festival again!!! Realli luv the buskers, and they were invited from all over the world. Realli envy them also, get to go ard the world and perform and see so many different ppl. Watched a few of them last nite in front of Tong Building(in between lucky plaza and paragon) along orchard road and they were realli realli entertaining. I feel that there should be more of busking in singapore and liven up the streets. But very sadly, lots of frens i know knows very little or didnt even know wats busking. Busking is a form of Performing Arts and busking can be in the from of a very vast ways. It could be dance, music, visual arts, short plays, skits, miming, acrobat and many more.....and they all need lots of practices to ensure it realli appeal to the audience.
Cant forget the period of time when esplanade jus opened and there was the opening performances everyday, and i would like go there every evening to watch all the performances. Realli enjoyed myself then but performances like this are getting less and less and have to wait for the busker festival onli held once every year. how sad. The festival started on the 13th nov and will go on til 21st which is the coming sunday. So do look out for it if you happen to be at Orchard in the evening ard 7pm. They will be performing at 4 different locations along orchard road. And you might jus see me ard also, enjoying the performances. Well, had a long weekend, Five days in total...shiok and was realli quite relaxing and fulfilling. Hope to have more of this kind of long holidays in future. Enjoy ur holidays ppl, enjoy the busker festival also. And i might be going to the motorshow tomolo.....pray for photos...hahaha. Look out for the Babes and Cars.

Summary of the week

This week passed exceptionally fast even though its a full working week. Most prob its becos of all the events going on during the week such as my company golf day on wed, and Booth display at suntec for Cisco VoiceComm on thur and fri. I was appointed the "Official" camera man for the golf day and had to be at Singapore Island Country Club, SICC, at ard 9 on Wed. Quite fulfilling and boring....cos when the golf game was going on, was doing nothing and have to accompany colleague eat this eat that cos they want to try everything and all food and drinks on the company. All that and buffet dinner at the restaurent. Super nice dinner and wine and reached home onli ard 9 plus and have to reach suntec ard 8.30.....haizzzz..... But to think that my manager actually took so much time organizing the whole event and everything went very well, was quite relieved. Thur and Fri, i was at suntec first half day for both days, and onli one word to describe it, Boring. But nonetheless, was relieved that all ended liow. and looking to the coming week where onli have to work three days.....cos i took leave on fri....Shiok.....ok time for some pics i took at SICC.....Cheers, Teddy
